| Description | A special presentation of a growth segment - For the second time, the highlight in the programme at IranConMin2006 is IRAN STONE. This special display, held in parallel with the fair and first put on in 2004, is a valuable addition to the extensive spectrum of exhibits at IranConMin. It meets the rising demand in the stone-processing segment and for stone products. For this forthcoming display, new exhibitors are welcomed from China, India and Italy. In Iran, the mining and construction sector, in particular, have a huge need for the latest technologies, including advice and all forms of cooperation. With annual economic growth of more than 5%, Iran has become the most important growth market in the whole region. The significance of Iran as central growth market already became evident during IranConMin 2004 with its record numbers of exhibitors and visitors. In view of the economic changes in Iran and its eastern neighbours, IranConMin 2006 will be the pivotal fair for the mining and construction industries - the ideal platform at just the right time. |
