Packing Is Something We Take Seriously

A large granite monument can travel a long distance before it reaches your yard or cemetery.

We use foam protection and strong wooden crates for sea shipment.

The stone parts are packed to reduce movement and contact inside the crate.

We know that good packing is just as important as good production.

Production Time and After-Sales Support

Our normal production time is about 15 days after receiving L/C or T/T.

The exact time depends on the order quantity, monument size, and carving work.

Stone samples can also be supplied if you need to confirm the material before placing a larger order.

If a mistake or damage is caused by our side, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
